Scott Construction Niagara Inc has extensive experience in the public sector. For years we have served the Niagara Region designing/creating lobby space, providing new reception furniture, and supplying cabinetry, millwork and general construction and maintenance to Niagara Region Housing, Tanguay Place in Welland, Lundy’s Lane United Church and Handicapped accessibility for Town of Niagara On The Lake Cemetary Offices.
We provide services on an ongoing basis to most of the Municipalities in the Niagara Region and serve them all well. Our public sector client list includes numerous projects for the City of St. Catharines, Niagara Parks Commission, City of Thorold, City of Welland, City of Niagara Falls, City of Port Colborne and Regional Municipality of Niagara.
Renovations to the St Catharines Armoury were completed in 2012 for Defense Canada and restoration/replacement work was carried out at the seniors Coronation Centre in Niagara Falls.
Some of the projects also included barrier free accessibility and involved our assisting the clients in obtaining partial funding and grants for their renovations.
This work could be as simple as a new concrete ramp and railing or it may involve an addition and renovations to a portion of the building. The services and the level of quality we provide are built into the final product.
