The project included the construction of a new underground level facility which comprised of the barrel cellar, a tasting room and a full working kitchen. Constructed on top of this was a new Deli & Bakery which would house our retail store, dining area, washrooms and exterior decking with tables and seating. They also built our hospitality center. It is a restored circa 1827 house. Scott Construction was responsible for the rebuilding of this structure on site. This house is considered to be one of the top 50 most significant houses in all of Canada and its restoration had to be meticulous. This required an abnormally high degree of coordination between Scott Construction and our architects.

The end result is a wonderfully functional basement area servicing the buildings above which are connected through the basement. We have now been operational for over 2 years and are very pleased with how everything has worked out.

We hired Scott Construction to look after the engineering and structural changes to a 35,000 square foot warehouse that we had just purchased in Niagara Falls.
